Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time We ship from Estonia via Omniva. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on your location within Europe.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all European Union countries and selected European countries as listed at checkout.

Customs & Duties For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply. Pawsitive is not responsible for any delays caused by local postal services or unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us at info@pawsitivevitamins.com and we will investigate with Omniva on your behalf.
