30-Day Return Window If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return unless the product is defective.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at info@pawsitivevitamins.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. In this case, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
